A wonderful dental office with even more fantastic staff! Dr. Rozansky, Linda, and June (and the rest of the team) are the best. I’ve been going here ever since I was a kid, and always enjoy going back for my checkups.

I feel extraordinarily grateful that I stumbled onto this place and onto Dr. Ari Katsnelson.

I came in after receiving an unprofessional opinion elsewhere, looking for a second opinion. Dr. Katsnelson was commendably responsible: he gave his opinion, and also explained margins of error, degrees of confidence, his reasoning for each choice, and his guess for why there was such a difference between his opinion and the previous one. He was also extraordinarily kind and patient.

I chose to undergo the minor procedure that I needed with Dr. Katsnelson, and it's hard to explain how kind and communicative he was throughout the procedure. Really, just on a personal level. I'll be staying as a patient, and really do feel grateful after this.

Dr. ARI has been my doctor for many years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about him. The thing that stands out most about him is his genuine care for his patients. He always goes that extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and cobent and most importantly healthy. Some people dread going to throw dentist but I don't have this problem with Dr. Katnelson as my dentist.

From the reception staff to the dental hygienist to the dentists; you get the best customer service and expertise. Dr. Ari Katsnelson is so patient and caring. I am happy with my visit. My son suggested I go there and he was right 💯%. Had my second visit for fillings and Dr. Ari Katsnelson put me at ease the whole visit.

Carol, and the whole team are always exceedingly helpful and very responsive and patient when working with me to find an appointment time in a pinch. Dr. Ari is also amazing - he's done wonders for helping me stabilize my very complicated, troublesome teeth, and he always has endless patience as we sort out my finicky bite. He also hand-wrote a note to my insurance company to convince them to cover both a top and bottom nightguard, which is huge for me. I moved farther away but still go to this office; I had a bad dentist for a long time without realizing it, and I'm just very thankful I finally ended up somewhere so good! Well worth the extra travel time.

The hygienist thorough and gentle constantly ensuring I was ok. I have always been super nervous going to the dentist but DONNA is a true angel on earth. She understands my anxieties and really takes her time with me. She is the most gentle hygienist I’ve ever met. Always fun to chat to as well!
Dr.Rozansky is also AMAZING!! He is such an expert and I trust him every single time. He keeps it REAL. Makes you comfy, and also nice to chat to. Reception is always a pleasure and super friendly as well. 10/10 across the board for this dental office!

I wish I could get the kind of amazing care I get here in other areas of my healthcare. Dr Randy made sure twice over the last few years that I get help the same day in emergency: once on a weekend and once on a day I was flying out of the country. Lisa at the reception is the most responsive and resourceful person I have ever met. She has accommodated me more times that I can count. I have been helped by many hygienists here and they are so good I don’t have a favourite. Congratulations to the entire team on creating an environment where the patient takes a breath knowing you are in good hands! I wouldn’t go anywhere else ever!
