Crowns & Whitening for Broken Front Teeth

This patient came to our clinic extremely frustrated because his front teeth were breaking all the time, an issue that had become a constant source of stress. While he had been repairing them with bonded fillings for years, he had finally reached a point where those temporary fixes were no longer sufficient. He knew he needed a durable, long-lasting restoration to truly fix the problem. Dr. Kenneth Rozansky approached this complex case by first creating a custom wax "mock-up" on physical models of the patient's teeth. This mock-up essentially acts as a detailed architectural plan, allowing both the dentist and the patient to clearly visualize and agree upon the beautifully designed final result before any actual procedures begin. The active treatment phase started with professional teeth whitening to beautifully brighten his overall smile. Once the desired brighter shade was fully achieved, the front teeth were expertly prepared and carefully fitted with custom dental crowns that perfectly matched the initial blueprint. The patient is now incredibly proud of his new front teeth and is no longer hiding his smile. Best of all, his wife and kids have told him that he looks absolutely fantastic.
