Crowns & Veneers for Hockey Tooth Trauma
This male patient experienced a hockey accident many years ago that broke his front teeth. At the time, they were repaired with porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns. Over the years, these older restorations began to look unappealing, developing a matte appearance and visible margins where the crown meets the tooth. Additionally, his adjacent side teeth were out of alignment, with one shifted and the other sitting further inside the mouth. To give him a more natural and cohesive look, Dr. Kenneth Rozansky recommended a comprehensive update. The old crowns were carefully removed and replaced with beautiful, modern custom crowns. At the same time, porcelain veneers were placed on the two side teeth to perfectly straighten and align the overall smile. The final result is a stunning, natural-looking smile that completely erases the signs of his past trauma. The patient is very happy with his new teeth, and his wife was so thrilled with the beautiful transformation that she called our dentist an artist.
